How far in advance do I need to book my Charter Flight?
It never hurts to plan in advance so we always recommend booking your Charter Flight as soon as the trip is firm, however, this is not required. Our highly experienced agents can have you airborne in as little as 2-4 hours from almost any location in the world. During the peak Holiday Season’s or if you’re traveling to a big event then we do highly recommend booking as far in advance as possible to ensure aircraft availability and fair market pricing.
Where to I meet the aircraft?
You will be meeting your aircraft at a convenient location that we call an “FBO” or fixed-base operator. These are convenient locations used to service the Private Aircraft and are separate from the main airports. When you book with JetLevel Aviation we will provide you with a detailed itinerary that will include the address and contact information for the location of where you need to meet the aircraft. Upon arrival, there will be no long lines or anything that prevents you from boarding your aircraft immediately. Some locations will even let you pull your vehicle right up to the door of the aircraft!

You will still need to pass through customs and border patrol when flying on a Private Jet, however, the proceeding is a lot more convenient than what you would experience when flying commercial. We will gather all of your information and submit it to the border authorities in advance so they are prepared for your arrival. Upon arrival at your destination, you will typically be greeted by a customs and border patrol agent who will run the necessary checks and work to have you on your way as soon as possible.
Do I still need my passport when flying on a Private Jet Internationally?
Absolutely, at JetLevel Aviation we work to make your experience as seamless as possible but we still must adhere to the rules and regulations set forth by customs and border patrol. You will need to have your Passport with you at all times when flying Internationally.
Can I bring Oxygen on a Private Jet?
Yes, but you will need an FAA Certified Oxygen Concentrator device to make this possible. Compressed Air Oxygen Canisters are not allowed on board a private aircraft. If you have any questions on where to find the appropriate device then one of our highly experienced agents will happily guide you in the right direction.
