Centennial Airport (KAPA) is a public-use airport in Colorado located 15 miles southeast of Denver, the state capital. The airport is owned by the Arapahoe County Public Airport Authority and is open to private flights. When the airport opened in 1968, it was under the name Arapahoe County Airport and only became Centennial Airport in 1984.
